My name is Mackenzie Joan Brown and I love training dogs and their humans. As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Fear Free Trainer, nothing brings me more joy than seeing the excitement that comes from understanding and solving behaviour problems.
My first focus when working with clients is to make sure they feel heard and provide reassurance about what's possible with training, so they can clearly picture their dog’s behaviour improvement, and can relax and enjoy working with me and their dog.
I love that light-bulb moment for both dog and the owner, when everything just clicks. The dog gets it, and the owner sees it, and the fun begins!
